Credits: 121 Credits. Level 1,2, 3 and 4.

271 Credits needed to complete apprenticeship

Cost: $3,300 course fee. Course is registered with StudyLink for Student Loans

Pre-Requisite: Competent Level of Reading and Writing

Students attend three days a week from 8.00am - 5.00pm. The week consists of both theory and practical work. One day a week the student is required to attend work experience. This is done in a workshop situation and is unpaid.

The fifth day is free for study (self directed learning), reading units and filling out self test in the back of the Units Standard.

In some cases the students do another days work experience in the same or another workshop to increase job prospects.
